Mayor Hamilton opened the meeting at 6:00 P. M.   Mayor Hamilton open meeting with a prayer.  Mayor Hamilton and the Council led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

*Reported Cottonwood Ambulance & Rescue used 8,304 gallons of water for the month of August.

Eliu Cepero owner of C-Enterprises came to discuss what he is wanting to do on building a house on the property that he would like to purchase from the Town.

The Secretary of State will be at the Town of Cottonwood to do photo voters ID on September 15^th from 2;00 until 4:00 p.m.

Approval to get on the bid list with H-GAC Buy.  Council Member Adams made a motion to approval to add Town of Cottonwood to H-GAC Buy bid list.  A second by Council Member Coachman and the motion was approved unanimously.

There being no further business to come before this meeting, there was a motion by Council Member Coachman to adjourn the meeting.  A second by Council Member Capehart and the meeting was adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
