Mayor Pro Tem James Coachman opened the meeting at 6:00 P. M.  Mayor Pro Tem James Coachman opened our meeting with a prayer.  Mayor Pro Tem Coachman and the Council led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Reported Cottonwood Ambulance & Rescue used 2,499 gallons of water for the month of January.

Approval to repair Chief Money’s police vehicle on damages accrued during the storm, estimate #00858 from Arnolds Automotive for $ 1,399.61.  Which the Town is trying to get reimbursement from FEMA?  Council Member Capehart made a motion to approve repairs on Chief Money’s police vehicle on the damages that accrued during the storm, estimate #00858 from Arnolds Automotive for $1,399.61.  A second by Council Member Adams and the motion was approved unanimously.

Colonel Smith presented the fire report for December 2018.  The Fire Department responded to 7 calls for service. There was an estimated 550 gallons of water was used.

Colonel Smith presented the police report for December 2018.  There were 156 calls of service, 10 reports written, 0 Medical Assists, 52 traffic warnings issued, 06 traffic citations issued, 0 arrests made, 04 traffic warrants, 0 drug arrests, 0 felonies, 2 misdemeanors, and 0 hours worked by the Auxiliary. 

There being no further business to come before this meeting, there was a motion by Council Member Hart to adjourn the meeting.  A second by Council Member Smith and the meeting was adjourned at 6:14 P.M.
