Members Present:   Mayor Ken Hamilton, James Coachman, Michael Capehart, Linda Smith, Ann Adams and Kenneth Hart  

Members Absent: None

Mayor Hamilton opened the meeting at 6:00 P. M.  Council Member Coachman opened meeting with a prayer. Mayor and the Council led in the Pledge of Allegiance.

*Cottonwood Rescue used 3,091 gallons of water for the month of October.

*Approval to purchase a Verizon I PAD 12.9 for $929.99 from the Volunteer Fire Protection fee account.  Council Member Smith made a motion to approve the purchase of a Verizon I PAD 12.9 for $929.99.  A second by Council Member Coachman and the motion was approved unanimously.

*Approval to recertify the fire department, air compressor which is needed to be done every 2 years for around $800.00.  Council Member Capehart made a motion to approval to recertify the fire department air compressor which is needed to be done every 2 years for around $800.00.  A second by Council Member Adams and the motion was approved unanimously.

*Cleanup in our Town will be an ongoing thing.

*Watch on TV, New Paper for FEMA Assistant.

*Council Member Smith replied that Jimmy Windsor was questioned by investigators about someone shooting guns.

*Council Member Hart had a complied about some cometary plots, they do not want the plots sprayed with weed killer.

* Discussion on old Town Hall Building.

*Congratulations to the Town of Cottonwood for receiving $250,000.00 grant money for the roads.

*Discussion on Houston Street

*Discussion on Cell Tower on Grove.

*Discussion on Grocery Store.

There being no further business to come before this meeting, there was a motion by Council Member Smith to adjourn the meeting. A second by Council Member Adams and the meeting was adjourned at 6:24 P.M.
