Members Present:   Mayor Ken Hamilton, James Coachman, Linda Smith, Ann Adams and Kenneth Hart  
 
Members Absent: Michael Capehart
 
Mayor Hamilton opened the meeting at 6:00 P. M.  Mayor Hamilton opened meeting with a prayer. Mayor and the Council led in the Pledge of Allegiance.
 
*Cottonwood Rescue used 243 gallons of water for the month of October.
 
*Note: Our Police Department is planning a safety program for the churches.
 
*Jimmy Windsor discussed some of his concerns with the Council
       Clean up on Grove Street and Hwy 53 and House on Granger Street
       Walking Trail (Grant Money)
       Dog’s rooming freely over town
 
*Discussion on replacing the windows.  Moved to next meeting.
 
*Discussion on leak adjustments one every 10 years per customer.  Ordinance will be put in place. Move to next meeting.
 
*Discussion on AC unit for community room.  Moved to next meeting.
 
*Sabrina Adams discussion on Cottonwood Recue.
 
*Approval to take down old day care building.  Council Member Coachman made a motion to have the old day care tore down by the County.  A second by Council Member Smith and the motion was approved unanimously.
 
*Debris pick up will be November 13.
 
*Council Member Smith ask about decorating Burner Park for Christmas.
 
There being no further business to come before this meeting, there was a motion by Council Member Hart to adjourn the meeting.  A second by Council Member Adams and the meeting was adjourned at 6:56 P.M.
